Chevy 88-98 3/4T 36.5" Wide, SAS

This is a one piece spring hanger kit. Some people call it a front box drop!

This spring hanger is for using with a Ford '80-'91 King Pin Housing with a 36.5" wide spring pad width. The two end pockets are angled back 3 degrees each to ease the tension on the bolt of the leaf spring.

It is made out of 1/4" P&O steel. It comes fully welded. It is set up for a leaf spring width of 36.5" center to center. The leaf spring hangers are 3" wide which gives you room for a 2.5" leaf spring plus bushings.

The spring bolt holes are 9/16". The center of the spring bolt is dropped down 4.5".

We recommend using a '73-'87 K5 Blazer rear stock leaf spring. This will net you approximately 8" of lift
