ABS Pigtail to Convert from Ford 05 Axle to Chevy Wiring Harness

Our ABS pigtails, allow you to easily connect the '05+ Ford Super Duty ABS lines to your Chevy DMAX ABS lines. No more wasting time splicing wires and hoping you have it correct.

From end to end the pigtail measures 13.5" long. If you have a 9" or taller lift, you may need to slightly reroute your factory ABS lines in the engine bay so you have enough give in the ABS wires.

We also offer Chevy to Chevy ends as well if you have a 10” or taller lift. These are custom made so you will have to call and we can build them to whatever length you need.

There are a couple of different style sensors out there depending on the make, model, and year vehicle you have. Because ABS is tricky, one persons setup may not work for another. So, the best bet is if you have your old sensors still laying around to try them first. There are 2 different Chevy/GMC style sensors, a tall profile sensor and a “low profile” sensor. You can easily pop the “low profile” sensor, usually found in the 07-10 year trucks, in your Ford hub and will read just fine. The “tall profile” sensor, usually 01-06 year trucks, will not work, it rubs the inside of the rotor. If using our new machined hubs and rotors with supplied sensors, then these ABS conversion pigtails should work. If none of these options work then you need to look further and check to see if you have a cut or melted wire in your truck harness from removal of the stock IFS lift. Also there are numerous types of aftermarket programmers that can easily mess with the signal of the ABS system. You may either have to re-program or uninstall your programmer, check the ABS system for codes, and see if it’s a wiring issue or a programming issue.
