Over time the stock Dana 60 Kingpin springs that preload the Kingpin bushings lose their tension which results in play in the knuckles. This will cause loose steering and death wobble after hitting a bump. This kit eliminates the Kingpin spring giving you better handling characteristics. We replace the spring with a 3/8" thick washer and a 3/4" set screw that will preload the kingpins.

If you purchase this kit, you will get the springless cap, 3/8" washer, set screw, jam nut, zerk fitting, gasket and four 1/2" x 2" bolt and lock washers.

The cap is Zinc plated to help fight corrosion.
