This Trail Gear Toyota long slip driveline kit is exactly what the average garage builder needs to fix most front driveline issues. We have used these kits in just about every vehicle from Jeeps to Fords. To start with, in most shackle reversal applications with good suspension flex, a standard slip driveline will pull apart at exactly the wrong time. With this longer slip joint, your front driveshaft will no longer slip apart at full droop. Not to mention, if you are in need of an affordable high-angle driveline, this is your answer. With this long slip, you can achieve 35 degrees of angle without the driveline binding. The spline section is nylon-coated to prolong many years of use on the trail. Each kit comes with a heavy duty u-joint installed. Full circle retaining rings are installed to securely hold the u-joint in place.

With this long slip, you will still need to weld the tube on (2.440" ID) as well as attach a u-joint or flange to the other end of your driveline. This slip can be used at the upper or lower end of your driveline. Due to its thick steel and heavy walls, we do not suggest using this on a rear driveline application.

This works great with our 26 spline Toyota pattern flange. We now have have a 32 and 29 spline Toyota yoke.

Always be sure that the upper and lower u-joints are in phase. If the ears are not perfectly lined up, the driveline will vibrate! *These drivelines can be balanced*
