We sell three "kits" for the front of the 2000-2010 DMAX/HD for those running the '05+ Ford Super Duty Axle (our preferred axle). We also sell all components individually so you can piece together your own kit. If you need assistance, putting your truck build together give us a call at 530-268-9494
We have NOT done a 2wd to 4wd conversion. We have sold parts to many customers to do this with our SAS kit. Physically it is easy. The hard part is the electronics. The computer and body control module need to know when the transfer case is in low range. Otherwise the rear speed sensor output measures a 2.7 ratio slip and limps out the transmission and throws codes. You will have to figure out the electronics. It's possible but ALOT of electrical work.
