Description

D60001FPR. Reid Racing Ford Dana 60 kingpin steering knuckles. This is a pair of heavy duty aftermarket knuckles that are "Made in the USA" by Reid Racing. They are cast thicker and stronger from high strength alloy steel. These knuckles fit all Ford kingpin dana 60 front axles from 1978 to 1991. These knuckles also have a 5th hole on the top of the knuckle for heavy duty aftermarket steering arms. The extra stud can add needed strength when using high-steer with larger tires or full hydraulic steering.

The factory tie-rod location is tapered to fit stock Dodge and Chevy tie-rod ends, NOT Ford tie-rod ends. These knuckles are also a different shape than the stock ford knuckles. The arm for the factory tie-rod is cast lower than stock Ford, and is set up for the tie-rod to go from the top down, not the bottom up. It is basically a Chevy knuckle with 5 spindle studs to accept the Ford outers. Remember, if you buy only one side, you will not be able to match this knuckle up with another stock one if you want to run the tie-rod in the factory location.

These knuckles do not come with spindle studs. The factory Ford spindle studs can be re-used.
